Causing A Ruckus: Developing Participatory and Community Arts Practice
Time & Location
About the Event
Join us for Causing A Ruckus, a conference exploring participatory and community arts practice. Aiming to inspire arts and community sector professionals, this conference will host a series of talks and workshops from leading participatory and community arts organisations.
The day will allow you to learn about practices from around the UK, hear about innovative methods and techniques for engaging local communities in creative activity. Featuring speakers who work with a diverse range of communities to create change through creative practice, we aim to explore how participatory arts can include and benefit all members of society.
With opportunities throughout the day to network and reflect on your own practice, this conference is designed for anyone who wishes to develop their work with communities.
This unique event will be hosted at Worcester's historic Royal Porcelain Works in Worcester. The ticket price covers the cost of catering lunch and snacks across the day.
Full programme to be announced.
